Return & Exchange Policy

Our goal is for you to love your purchase, and we are committed to offering top-quality products. If you are not fully satisfied with your item, you can return it for a refund or exchange it for another style within 15 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Returns: To be eligible for a return, please ensure the following:

  • The item is returned within 15 days of receiving it.
  • The item is in its original, unworn, and unwashed condition.
  • Original tags are still attached.
  • The item is not a special promotion product (except in cases of quality issues).
  • Headwear cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene reasons. All hat sales are final.

To initiate a return or exchange, contact us at contact@lewki.co.uk and provide the reason for your return.

Order Adjustments Once your order is placed, it cannot be modified. Please double-check your order details before completing your purchase to ensure everything is correct.

Returns & Exchanges Process

  • Exchanges and store credit returns are free of charge.
  • For refunds to your original payment method (e.g., credit card, PayPal), a processing fee of $4.99 will apply. Orders over $200 will incur a $4.99 fee per item. This fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Please note: We do not provide prepaid return labels.

Steps for Returning or Exchanging an Item:

  1. Contact us at contact@lewki.co.uk to provide your reason for return, and we will give you the return address.
  2. Include a copy of your packing slip or order confirmation email and specify the new size or item you want (subject to availability).
  3. Ship the item to the address provided by email.
  4. Provide a tracking number within one week of starting the return process to keep your return valid.
  5. Once your return is received, we will ship your new item at no extra cost or process a full refund.

Refund Information Refunds are processed within 7 to 14 business days of receiving your return.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are non-refundable.
  • A $4.99 handling fee will be deducted from your refund (for orders over $200, the $4.99 fee applies to each item).
  • Special offer items are non-returnable unless there is a quality issue.

For international orders, any customs fees incurred are the buyer's responsibility. If an order is returned due to refusal to pay customs fees or incorrect address, the buyer will be responsible for the shipping and return costs. However, we are happy to re-ship orders that are returned due to address issues.

We prioritize customer satisfaction. If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us for assistance, and we will work toward a resolution.
