ARTICLE 1: SCOPE
These terms and conditions apply to all sales made through the website lewki.co.uk

ARTICLE 2: ORDERS
Orders placed through our automated system serve as proof of the nature and details of your purchase. Lewki confirms order acceptance by sending a confirmation email to the address you provided. The sale is considered complete once Lewki validates the payment for your order, specifically on the date of payment confirmation for credit card transactions. Lewki reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a customer with unresolved payment disputes from a previous transaction.

ARTICLE 3: PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
As long as our products and their prices are visible on the website, they are available for purchase. Availability displayed when browsing the site is subject to current stock levels at Lewki and with our suppliers.

We work with external databases to curate our catalog, which contains hundreds of items. Not all items are stored on-site and their availability is dependent on supplier stock. Only the permanent unavailability of a product at our suppliers will result in its removal from our catalog. In all other cases, a new order may be possible after a restock period.

If an item becomes unavailable after you’ve placed your order, you will be informed via email or on your shipment invoice if you ordered multiple items.

Delivery Timeframe
During the order process, customers are provided with an estimated delivery date, which combines the processing time for the longest item with the shipping method selected. You may cancel your order before it is shipped.

Special Cases: Pre-Orders
Items available for pre-order are listed on Lewki with an expected release date provided by the manufacturer. The release date is subject to change at the manufacturer’s discretion. Lewki will ship pre-ordered items as soon as they become available based on the stock provided by the manufacturer on the release date.

ARTICLE 4: PRICING
All prices are listed in GBP and exclude shipping costs. Prices include the cost of the product as well as handling, packaging, and preservation fees. Prices are subject to change at any time without notice. Orders will be charged at the price displayed during checkout. All orders are billed and payable in GBP. Any additional customs duties or local taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

ARTICLE 5: PAYMENT
We offer several secure payment options, including:

  • Credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, etc.) through a secure SSL-encrypted payment form during checkout. You will need to provide your card type, number, CVV (located on the back of your card), and expiration date.
  • PayPal

All payments are processed on secure banking servers, and no sensitive banking information is transmitted through the Lewki website. Payment by credit card is completely secure, and your order will be confirmed once payment is approved by the bank.

ARTICLE 6: TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP AND RISK
Ownership of the products transfers to the buyer once full payment is received, regardless of the delivery date. However, the risk of loss or damage to the products is transferred to the buyer upon delivery and receipt of the items.

Lewki is the owner and producer of all or part of the databases used on this site. By accessing this website, you acknowledge that the data contained herein is legally protected and agree not to extract, reuse, store, reproduce, or retain any part of the data, either quantitatively or qualitatively significant, in any form or by any means without explicit permission.

ARTICLE 8: LIABILITY
Product descriptions on the Lewki website are based on information provided by manufacturers. Lewki is not responsible for the content or quality of the products and cannot be held liable. In cases of force majeure (e.g., strikes, floods, fires), Lewki shall not be held responsible.

All products sold comply with U.K. laws. Lewki is not liable if an item delivered does not comply with the laws of the recipient's country (e.g., censorship or legal restrictions on certain products or authors). Additionally, Lewki is not responsible for the content of external websites linked from our own.

ARTICLE 9: APPLICABLE LAW
These terms and any associated transactions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom of Great Britain & Northern Ireland.

ARTICLE 10: BUYER ACCEPTANCE
By purchasing from Lewki, the buyer accepts these terms and acknowledges full understanding of them. The buyer waives any contradictory terms, including their own purchase terms. Finalizing a purchase confirms the buyer’s acceptance of these terms.
